The cell theory sais that:

All living organisms are made up of cells which are the basic structural unit, and all cells come from pre-existing cells.

According to this theory the correct answer is H: viruses are not organisms because they are not found in all living things.

Viruses are not made up of cells, they are only a protein coat that contains DNA. Viruses do not grow and they do not make their own energy though they can replicate when they attack a cell and they can alco adapt to the environment.
