185 lbs. you 147/140 which is 1.05, you then 194.25/1.05 and get 185

Because the person need 194.25, you can use a ratio to determine how much the patient weigh. Do 140/147 = x/194.25. Cross multiply. 140*194.25= 27195.
27195/147 = 185. The patient weighs 185 pounds
