100 fl oz is equal to 6.25, therefore 16 pt is greater than 100 fl oz.

There are 8 fluid ounces in one cup, and two cups in one pint-thus, 16 fl oz per pint. 16 pints times 16 fluid ounces gives 256 fl oz in 16 pt. So no, 100 fl oz is not greater… than 16 pt.
