The United States is one of the few countries in which the highest court of land has the power to declare a law unconstitutional. Do you believe that such a power is of benefit to a country?

no because they serve a life term and most of them are hella old to begin with so are they always going to represent our best interests? also they arent elected; the president apoints them then they are approved by the senete same as his cabinet.
