Ronald Fast Food randomly selected 20 percent of locations and asked the manager about the most popular meat. Of the locations surveyed, beef is the most popular meat at 4 locations. Based on the data, what is the most reasonable estimate of the number of Ronald Fast Food locations where the most popular meat is beef?

The Answer is 20 since you can always1 divide the number of locations with the percentage and then multiply that by 100 since its going to be a percentage.

1 = not really all the time because it depends on the type of question and what it's asking you.

Mathematical Explanation:

4/20 = 1/5

1/5 = 0.2

0.2 * 100 = 20

Approximately 2%. The reason is if you choose 20% and only have four with beef as the most popular, and approximately the number of restaurants is 15.
