I gues you want a simplification of the number in the image, you have:


(27C^4D^5)/(9C^7D^4)

To solve this i will use that:

(a^x)/(a^y) = a^(x - y)

first, we separte the division into 3 parts, one with the knowed numbers, other with the variable C and other with the variable D.


(27C^4D^5)/(9C^7D^4) = (27)/(9)*(C^4)/(C^7)*(D^5)/(D^4) = 3C^(4-7) D^(5-4) = 3C^(-3)*D

this can also be written as:


(3D)/(C^3)
