The United Nations ( UN ) is founded in 1945, when represe4ntatives of 50 countries met in San Francisco. The UN officially came into existence on October 24, 1945. After that October 24 became the United Nations Day. This organization was established after World War 2 in order to prevent another such conflict and to promote international peace and security.
