Is the denominator and numerator are the same numbers then it equals one. Example 100/100 it equals one because your dividing 100 by 100 and you get 1.

2/2=1 because it is like dividing :
2รท2=1
another fraction that is equal to 1 is 4/4, you could show that by drawing a circle or rectangle, dividing it by 4, and shading all the sections
