One way you could write it is
100/100
or
10/10
Normally it would be 5/10 because you would not know which side it could be.

The chance of One heads occurring is 1/2.
The chance of the second occurring separately is 1/2 as well. Joint together, it is 1/2x1/2: which is 1/4.
So your answer is 1/4 chance
