Daniel has a jar containing 7 blue marbles,9 white marbles, and 8 red marbles . If Daniel remove one marble without looking , records the color, keeps the marble, then removes another marble, what is the probability that he will remove two white marbles?

9+7+8=24. The odds of getting a white marble is the greatest chance. I can't really figure out the percentage or decimal or whatever, but the least I can tell you is that it has a 9/24 or 3/8 chance.

The probability that Daniel will pick up two white marbles his second time is 37.5% (assuming that Daniel does not pull a white marble out the first time). If Daniel does pick a white marble the first time then the probability that he will pick up two white marbles the second time is 32.5%.
