I'm not so sure because I tried solving this problem and I have:
15 & 8: equal 289 as final ans.
14 & 7: equal 245 as final ans.
13 & 6: equal 205 as final ans.
12 & 5: equal 169 as final ans.
11 & 4: equal 137 as final ans.
