(x/3)=(x+4)/5
Multiply both sides by 15 (The LCF)
5x=3(x+4)
Distribute 3 and (x+4)
5x=3x+12
Subtract 3x from both sides
2x=12
Divide both sides by 2 and x=6
TL;DR - x=6
