I believe the answer would actually be A) 0.239 because you would add up all the data from each section (So 32+20+25+30+18+15+58+45) and you get 243. Then you can set up the proportion 58/243 (since there are 58 juniors taking Spanish) and when you divide 58 by 243. you get the decimal 0.23868.... which rounds up to 0.239. Hope this helps!
