A: Potential Difference.

(Imagine you have an electron at point A, moving it to point B. You must have done some kind of work to move it. This work is Electrical Potential Energy (V). Because you have done work on the electron to move it, the values of V at points A and B will be different. Taking one from the other, you get a potential difference.
