A bathtub in the shape of a rectangular prism is 5 feet long 3 1/2 feet wide and 4 1/4 feet high. How much water could th tub hold

First of all, to find how much water can the tub hold like finding the volume of the tube, and the tube is a rectangular prism, so we have the volume of it equal length × width × height. So we just need to put the information in here which V= 5×3 1/2×4 1/4=74.375 cubic feet. As a result, the tube could hold 74.375 cubic feet water.

The volume would be 74.375 To find this you multiply 5 by 3 1/2 by 4 1/4
