a=pir^2
80pi=pir^2+pi(2r)^2
80pi=pir^2+4pir^2
undistribute pi
80pi=pi(r^2+4r^2)
add like terms
80pi=pi(5r^2)
divide both sides by pi
80=5r^2
divide both sies by 5
16=r^2
sqrt both sides
4=r
2r=8
the radius of larger is 8 meters
