divide 3/4 by 2 and then square it. 3/4/2=3/8 squared which is 9/64.

we have

x^(2) -(3)/(4)x=5

Divide the term
(3)/(4) by
2 and then square it

(((3/4))/(2))^(2)= (9)/(64)

Add to both sides

x^(2) -(3)/(4)x+(9)/(64)=5+(9)/(64)

Rewrite as perfect square

(x-(3)/(8))^(2)=(329)/(64)

therefore

the answer is

(9)/(64)
