It take Anna 45 minutes to walk 2 1/2 miles to the park. At this rate, how many minutes should it take her to walk 3 miles?

Anna walks 1 mile in 18 minutes. 18 x 2.5 = 45. if she walks 3 miles instead of 2.5, your only adding half of 18. so 45 + 9. Anna will walk 3 miles in 54 minutes. Hope that helped!
