They're congruent because SAS:
angle B is between side lengths AB and BC on triangle ABC
So the order goes Side, Angle, Side for the parts that are congruent in the triangle
Thus, the correct answer is option B.

Correct option is B
Two sides are equal and the angle contained between them are equal.
So it is SAS Side Angle Side
