Goran will rent a car for the weekend. He can choose one of two plans. The first plan has an initial fee of

$
69.98

and costs an additional
$
0.08

per mile driven. The second plan has an initial fee of
$
55.98

and costs an additional
$
0.12

per mile driven. How many miles would Goran need to drive for the two plans to cost the same?

This should be getting boring to you by now :)

69.98+.08m=55.98+.12m subtract 55.98 from both sides...

14+.08m=.12m subtract .08m from both sides...

14=.04m divide both sides by .04...

m=350 miles.

So when Goran drives 350 miles the two plans will cost the same.
