Skipping the rest of the blah blah blah's in this question, we get that all it acctualy wants us to do, is to solve the equation for s.
A = PI*r^2*S/360
A*360 = PI*R^2*S
360A/PI*R^2 = S
The answer for this question is:
S = 360A/PI * R^2
