2⁻⁴ * r³ * s⁻² = r³ / (s⁴ * s²) = 1 / (2 * 2 * 2 * 2) * (r * r * r) * 1 / (s * s)

2^(-4)* r^(3) *s^(-2) = ( r^(3) )/( 2^(4) * s^(2) ) = (r*r*r)/(2*2*2*2*s*s)

You'll get -6.25
To find a negative power, put it 1 over it and remove the negative symbol. For example, to simplify 2^-4, we would do 1/2^-4, then remove the negative to get 1/2^4, which is 0.0625
Then you have that -3^3 is -27 (since -3*-3*-3 is -27). Then using the above method, you can simplify 5^-2 to 1/5^2, which is 0.4

0.0625*-27*0.4 is -27/400
