The perimeter of a square is represented by the expression (32x – 12) feet. What expression below represents the length of one side of the square?

answer is because you have to divide the whole expression by 4 to get one side.

The answer is C, because for example, if X=1 than 32(1)-12=20, which means the perimeter of the square is 20. If the perimeter of the square is 20 than each side is 5 feet long. If we plug in 1 to answer choice C we get 5 this the answer is C
