we have no graph provided but
for x approaches 5
do f(5)
f(5)=5(5)-3
f(5)=25-3
f(5)=22
the limit of f(x) as x approaches 5 is 22

if f(x)=5x-3 the function is continuous for all real values of x so we can simply find f(5)=5(5)-3
f(5)=22
