Expression: c = ax - bx
Take x as a common factor,
c = x(a - b)

when a=b, & c≠0 then equation won't balance, means claim is incorrect in this situation.
Again, If a≠b then equation won't balance, means claim is incorrect.

In short, Your Answer would be: Option B & E
