The standard form of circle equation is written in:
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2
get the square of binomial for x and y by completing the square
x2+6x +___+y2+4y+___=1-10
where
a for x = 1; a for y =1
2ab=6 2ab= 4
b for x=3 b for y = 2
b^2=9 b^2=4
(x2+6x+9)+(y2+4y+4)=1-10+9+4
The standard form of the circle with the equation x2+y2+6x+4y+10=1 is (x+3)^2+(y+2)^2 = 4
