Sphere Volume = 4/3 • π • r³

radius^3 = Sphere Volume / (4/3 PI)

radius^3 = 268 / 4.1887902048

radius^3 = 63.9802871229

radius = 3.9995892729

About a 4 foot radius

Answer:

radius of the sphere = 4 feet

Explanation:

Volume of a sphere =
(4)/(3) \pi r^3

given volume is 268 cubic feet

Replace volume with 268

268=
(4)/(3) \pi r^3

Multiply by 3/4 on both sides, use 3.14 for pi

201= 3.14 * r^3

Divide by 3.14 on both sides and then take cube root

64.01273885=r^3

r=4

So radius of the sphere = 4 feet
