The answer is B. 180 degrees minus 80 degrees minus 20 degrees equal 80 degrees. 180 minus 55 degrees minus 45 degrees equal 80 degrees.

The sum of the angles of a triangle is equal to 180°.
p+80°+20° = 180°
p = 180° - 80° - 20°
p = 80°
_________________________
q + 45° + 55° = 180°
q = 180° - 45° - 55°
q = 80°
______________________________
p = q = 80°
