assuming you mean the lengths of the diagonals
the diagonals should bisect each other
so
x-1=2x-6 and
3y-3=2y+4
solve
x-1=2x-6
add 6 and minus x
5=x
3y-3=2y+4
minus 2y and add 3
y=7
x=5 and y=7
