Capulet says this to Tybalt, he tells him to calm down and ignore Romeo and to not give him attention. He also tells him to stop frowning because it does not look proper during a feast.

Romeo and Juliet
if I recall.
Capulet says this to Tybalt, he tells him to calm down and ignore Romeo and to not give him attention. He also tells him to stop frowning because it does not look proper during a feast.
