depending on what type of society that has no government forming laws and proposing amendments, it could be positive or negative.
if a corrupt nation that is pooled with famine, crime, and horrible economy; then an anarchy wont be helpful at all

Every person is left to fight for themselves.

People must continue to live live through farming on their own land, find water, and build a home on their own.

No one tells you what to do and there is no voting.

This type of government usually ends up in people fighting over food, water, land and other things.

Their is no police to keep the peace.
