A ball is thrown into the air with an initial upwards velocity of 60ft/s. Its height (h) in feet after t secons is given by the function h=-16t^2 +60t+6.what will the height be at t=3 seconds? A.35 feet B. 40 feet C. 42feet D. 45 feet

I believe you will sub. in 3 for t so h=-16(3)^2 + 60(3)+6. then you will just solve!
h=-16(9)+60(3)+6
h= -144 + 180 + 6
h= 42
so the answer to your question is c. 42 Feet
