How did the woman reword the Declaration of Independence to include themselves? Explain.

In the Declaration of Sentiments, the women of the Seneca Falls National Convention reworded simple phrases of the Declaration of independence such as found in the beginning sentence of the second paragraph: "We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all men and women are equal..." This was done in order to include all women in the inalienable rights of man found in the Constitution, such as the right to vote, etc.
