The muscle pulls the bone to make it move that how you move every day. Bones are like levers that are inside the body. Forces applied makes the lever move. Muscles apply those forces thru eclectic impulses from the nerves.

They are both part of the musculoskeletal system and work together so that the body can move and do things like sitting up straight!
