To calculate the volume of a cylinder, you will use the formula:
area = π • r² • h.

To start off, we need to figure out the diameter. To figure out the diameter of the cylinder we will multiply.
3 • 4 = 12

Next we will divide since the radius is half of the diameter.
12 ÷ 2 = 6

Fill in the formula and solve.
Area = π • r² • h
Area = 3.14 • 6² • 4
Area = 3.14 • 36 • 4
Area = 113.04 • 4
Area = 452.16

Hope this Helped!
