How can you tell if its metaphase 1 or metaphase 2?

i'd need a picture to see. in metaphase ii two cells will be shown while in metaphase 1 only one will be. also in metaphase 2 chromosomes will line up while in metaphase 1 tetrads will line up.

How can you tell if its metaphase 1 or metaphase 2?
