you get 2x-14=0
x+y-6=0
x-y-8=0
-------------- Then add the rest up
2x-14=0

When we eliminate y,(by adding here), resulting equation would be:
2x - 14 =0
So, x = 7
You can find the value of y as well, by substituting the value of x,
7 - y -8 = 0
y = -1
Hope this helps!
