The slope is express as the rate of change in y coorrdinate with respecto change in x coordinate.

\text{Slope}=\text{ }(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

From the graph, the two set of coordinates are (-1,4), (3,0)

Substitute the value as:

x_1=-1,x_2=3,y_1=4,y_2=0

\begin{gathered} \text{Slope}=\text{ }(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ \text{Slope}=(0-4)/(3-(-1)) \\ \text{Slope}=(-4)/(4) \\ \text{Slope = (-1)} \end{gathered}

Slope of the given graph is (-1)

Answer: Slope = ( - 1 )
