Calvin has 2 3/4 chapters left in his book he reads 1 3/4 chapters before bed how many chapters dose he have left

First (1) write out your equation, then (2) convert the mixed numerals into improper fractions. Then (3) just subtract the numerators, giving you 4/4 which is equal to 1. So Calvin has 1 chapter left to read.
