1. Being brave is a trait leaders have because it takes guts to lead people because they hope they don't make the wrong decision. They are brave because if they do make the wrong decision they know all the blame will be on them. They are brave because they make their own decision and accept their mistakes.
Another trait leaders have is patience, this is true because people will not always "follow the leader" right away it takes time for people to be able to trust a leader. Also, leaders are patient because a plan may not follow through right away it takes time for that plan to come together. Lastly, leaders are patient because if something go wrong they might want to give up but if they stay patient they will be able to find a solution.
Lastly, leaders are calm they do not get frantic when something goes wrong. If they do not stay calm they could make a bad decision.
2. If a crowd is doing something that an individual is an awe of or if a crowd supports something that the individual support then that would motivate them to follow the crowd.
3. The way others act toward us can help us understand our behavior because it all depends on how we reply to what they did to us, then we know what we tend to do during certain situations
4. It is good to follow what others are doing when you believe what the "others" are doing is the right thing to do. It is bad to be follower when the leader is controlling or does not listen to your opinion or listen to the input from others
