To solve we first need to simplify the equation
3^2 [5 + ( 2 - 4)^2] - 15 is simplified to (3^2)(5 + (2 - 4) ^2] - 15

After you reduce (3^2)(5 + (2 - 4) ^2] - 15 you get 66

The answer is 3^2 [5+ (2-4)^2} - 15 = 66
