Well 3a is going to be 3(4) which makes the top answer 12 and for the bottom. 4 times b which is (3) will make it equal 12 also. But since you have to subtract c from 4b you have 12 - 10 which gives you 2 and so 12 over 2 converts to 6.
Yes the answer is D. 6
