How the brand managers know about what the people's feedback are about their brand on twitter by following those Twitter profiles that mention their product, tweet on topics related to their products so that they can provide more information to their customers, develop an official Twitter profile and there, they develop brand buzz, and lastly, respond to those criticisms made by the users in order to develop satisfied customers.
