If the graph y= 9x + 4 is translated 4 units up what equation describes the new graoh

The equation that would describe the original equation y= 9x + 4 translated 4 units up would be y = (9x + 4) + 4 = y = 9x + 8. The new graph would be 4 points higher than the parent function which changes the y-intercept of the function however it will still have the same slope.
