There should be options for this question. I found them elsewhere online.

More than 50 percent of electrocutions are caused by a worker coming in direct contact with:

A. Energized power lines

B. Power tools with metal parts that have become energized

C. An electric fence

D. An underground utility that was not deenergized by the utility company

The correct answer is A. Energized power lines

Workers are coming into contact with overhead and underground power lines. Overhead lines are typically not insulated. Any covering is generally a weather protection, not insulation. Underground power lines can be damaged and exposed.

I had to look for the options and here is my answer. The one that is referred here for more than 50 percent of electrocutions by workers is due to the direct contact of ENERGIZED POWER LINES. This is based on OSHA or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
