Craig has $22 to spend so thats what we'll set everything equal to
x(.50) +15 = 22
- 15 = 22
x(.50) = 7
7 ÷ .50 = 14
x = 14

Craig can purchase 14 game tickets

Answer:

The number of game ticket Craig bought is 14

Explanation:

According to the question , admission to an amusement park cost $15 and the game ticket cost $0.50 each. Craig has a total of $22 to spend for admission and game tickets .

let the number of ticket = T

admission ticket = $15

game ticket = $ 0.5 each

Total worth of game ticket bought = 0.5 × T

Therefore,

15 + 0.5 × T = 22

22 - 15 = 0.5T

7 = 0.5T

divide both sides by 0.5

T = 7/0.5

T = 14

The number of game ticket Craig bought is 14
