remember
\sqrt{ (x)/(y) }= ( √(x) )/( √(y) )
and

√(ab)=( √(a))( √(b))
so


\sqrt{ (100)/(4x^2) }= ( √(100) )/( √(4x^2) ) = ( 10 )/( (√(4))(√(x^2)) )= ( 10 )/( (2)(x) ) = ( 10 )/( 2x )=( 5 )/( x )
