let j be justin, e for Eva and m for Emma. We get

\begin{gathered} j+e+m=63 \\ j=e+7.5 \\ m=j-12=e+7.5-12=e-4.5 \end{gathered}

so we get that, replacing all the variables

\begin{gathered} e+7.5+e+e-4.5=63 \\ 3e+3=63 \\ 3e=60 \\ e=20 \end{gathered}

so we get that Eva has $20. therefore Justin has $27.5 and Emma has $15.5
