I think that they are asking you for the lines with the given information. Linear equations can be expressed as:

y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y-intercept, for the first you are given the slope is -7 so:

y=-7x+b, using the point given (1, -2) you can now solve for b...

-2=-7(1)+b

-2=-7+b, so b=5 thus the line is:

y=-7x+5

....

Same as above...

y=4x/3+b, using point (-3, -5) we have:

-5=4(-3)/3+b

-5=-4+b, so b=-1 thus the line is:

y=4x/3-1 or more neatly...

y=(4x-3)/3
