Now how many n's are there? 2! So it will be n^2. Put them together and you have m^4n^2 which is D

Plug in each value for x and y in the equation. 3^2 is 3 times 3 or 9. (-2)^3 is -2 times -2 times -2 which is -8. Now multiply 9 by -8. You get -72 which is the answer B.
